Re:               Notice of Annual Meeting

Dear Homeowners,

This letter serves as notice of the Annual Meeting of the Caedmon’s Creek Homeowners Association Board of Directors.  The meeting will be held at Friarsgate Park 1712 Chadford Rd Irmo on August 21, 2025, at 7 pm. 

The Board established in July 2020 voted unanimously to maintain an active Board of 5 members. The current five CCHOA Board members serve five years with potential to be re-elected during the 2026 CCHOA Annual Meeting if the current Board members desire to continue to serve. 

If you are interested in serving on the various CCHOA committee’s: Ad Hoc Committees to include and not limited to: Welcome Committee, Walk & Run Club, and the Social Committee, please contact the CCHOA.

This meeting is an opportunity to meet your Caedmon’s Creek neighbors, receive all recent updates from the board, as well as an opportunity to bring to the Board any concerns, comments, or questions you may have.  We look forward to seeing you all on August 21, 2025 @ 7 pm at Friarsgate Park..
